This porelain jug has a textile texture with machine embroidered shells and starfish across the surface.  The stitched effect is overpainted with cobalt and fired to give a rich blue finish.  There are sprigged buttons on the base to elevate the jug.  The interior and handle have a shiny transparent glaze.  The jug is fully functional and is dishwasher safe with care.  It is 7.5cm high with a base of 8cm wide.
