This jug has a great-tit perched and about to take flight and a feather on the reverse. I embroidered the bird and feather and then cast the textile  in plaster. From this I could press porcelain into the plaster and construct the jug in sections. There are three sprigged porcelain buttons on the base. The jug is 8cm tall and has a base of 8cm wide.
