This textile textured porcelain jug has an embroidered effect blue-tit sitting on a branch and a clutch of three speckled eggs on the other side.  The stitches are over painted with cobalt and fired to give a rich blue.  There is a transparent glaze on the interior and on the handle.  There are three sprigged buttons on the base.  The jug is 7.5cm tall and the base is 8cm wide.  It is dishwasher safe with care.
